At Orot Judaica, we carefully package and ship every order with the respect and attention your Judaica items deserve.

We currently ship within the United States.


🚚 Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $180 (after discounts, before taxes).

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order qualifies.
  • The shipping method used for free shipping will be determined by Orot Judaica.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Personalized or name-stamped items require 1-3 business days for preparation
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Shabbat (Friday-Saturday) or Jewish holidays

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship using trusted U.S. carriers:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx

The available shipping options (Standard, Expedited, etc.) will be displayed at checkout.

🕯️ Holiday Shipping Notice

Due to increased demand before Jewish holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

🌍 International Orders

At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping through our website.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within the stated processing time, please contact us.


📦 Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

Orot Judaica is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delivery delays caused by address errors

  • Packages returned due to customer entry mistakes

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


🚫 Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, Orot Judaica is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume holiday periods

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your shipment is delayed, please first contact the carrier using your tracking number. We are also happy to assist if needed.


📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
