Unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part,
return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized or custom-made items (including name engraving, embroidery, or special orders) are final sale and non-returnable.

If a personalized item arrives defective and the defect is confirmed by us after review, an appropriate resolution will be offered at our discretion.
