בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, אֲשֶׁר יָצַר אֶת הָאָדָם בְּחָכְמָה, וּבָרָא בוֹ נְקָבִים נְקָבִים, חֲלוּלִים חֲלוּלִים. גָּלוּי וְיָדוּעַ לִפְנֵי כִסֵּא כְבוֹדֶךָ, שֶׁאִם יִפָּתֵחַ אֶחָד מֵהֶם, אוֹ יִסָּתֵם אֶחָד מֵהֶם, אִי אֶפְשַׁר לְהִתְקַיֵּם וְלַעֲמוֹד לְפָנֶיךָ אֲפִילוּ שָׁעָה אֶחָת. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהֹוָה, רוֹפֵא כָל בָּשָׂר וּמַפְלִיא לַעֲשׂוֹת.

Ba-ruch a-tah A-do-nai, E-lo-hei-nu me-lech ha-o-lam, a-sher ya-zar et ha-a-dam be-choch-mah, u-va-ra vo ne-ka-vim ne-ka-vim, cha-lu-lim cha-lu-lim. Ga-lui ve-ya-du-a lif-nei chi-se che-vo-de-cha, she-im yi-pa-te-ach e-chad me-hem, o yis-sa-tem e-chad me-hem, i ef-shar le-hit-ka-yem ve-la-a-mod le-fa-ne-cha a-fi-lu sha-ah e-chat. Blessed are You, HASHEM, our God, King of the universe, Who formed man with wisdom and created within him many openings and many hollow spaces. It is revealed and known before the throne of Your glory that if one of them were to be ruptured or one of them were to be blocked, it would be impossible to survive and stand before You even for one hour. Blessed are You, HASHEM, Healer of all flesh and Doer of wonders.
